Description
As part of the Whiteley water testing portfolio, we provide an annual endotoxin testing service for facilities that reprocess medical devices in accordance with AS 5369:2023. We use a Charles River Endotoxin Meter which provides a highly sensitive, robust assay and results are available instantly.
It is imperative to monitor the endotoxin levels in final rinse water as endotoxins can be transferred to patients during invasive procedures if they are present in high levels on reusable medical devices. Bacterial endotoxins pose a serious risk to human health causing fever, septic shock, organ failure and even death.
Contact your Whiteley Sales Representative and they will arrange to come to your site and perform a quantitative endotoxin test assay.
