Whiteley were proud recipients of the Excellence in Export and Global Supply Chain Award (sponsored by Hedweld Group) at the Hunter Manufacturing Awards last Friday.  Whiteley has been the recipient of many HMA awards over the years and are a proud Hunter manufacturer.

HMA celebrated it’s 20^th Anniversary at NEX, Newcastle on Friday 18^th of October. The awards acknowledged the industry’s leaders in innovation, resilience, and growth in manufacturing.The board recognised Whiteley’s work in outstanding business in global medical supply and innovative manufacturing. The award was accepted by Executive Chairman, Dr Greg Whiteley who recognised the work of all the team at Whiteley and the business’ commitment to growth outside of the Hunter. 

Dr Whiteley commented, “We are honoured to have received the HMA 2024 award for Excellence in Export and Global Supply Chain. Our team has been working hard in developing our export business for many years. We are now entering a new growth phase, with the likelihood of a direct presence in the huge USA markets, and with supply chain support into a huge global multinational medical market. Whiteley also sponsored the ‘Rising Star’ category which was awarded to Jamie Woods, General Manager at TW Woods for his dedication and innovative leadership in the business. The HMA board recognised Jamie’s commitment to continuious learning, teamwork and drive for company growth. Congratulations Jamie!
