SURFEX is a soluble Phenolic Disinfectant/Detergent designed as a wide-spectrum bactericide specifically for use in Hospitals and in other environments where efficient, rapid killing of pathogenic micro-organisms is essential in the general context of infection control.  

SURFEX is active in the presence of serum, blood, faeces, urine and other organic matter.  

SURFEX was developed to fulfil the need for an efficient modern phenolic disinfectant with minimal odour (as normally associated with products that contain both naturally derived and synthetic chlorinated phenols).  SURFEX has minimal detectable odour at use dilution.
