Machine Detergents
Whiteley Medical has a comprehensive range of washer disinfector detergents, suitable for any brand of machine in the CSSD. Formulated using cutting edge technology, Whiteley Medical's machine detergents produce superior cleaning efficacy on medical instruments.
Arid is a phosphate free, low foaming liquid rinse aid designed for use as a water dispersant in clinical washer/disinfectors and laboratory automatic dish/instrument washer machines. Arid contains a corrosion inhibitor and acidic buffering system - reducing the need for descaling. Arid ensures the rapid drying of medical devices and instruments.
Medi-Dry Concentrate Rinse Aid produces fast spot free and streak free drying of medical devices and instruments in automated washer/disinfectors. Medi-Dry Concentrate acts as a mild foam suppressant in all single tank machines.
Medi-Gleam is a concentrated alkaline, non-foaming detergent intended for heavy-duty machine washing. Medi-Gleam effectively removes biological soils from medical devices and is useful in hospital washer/disinfectors, utensil washers and pan washers.
Medineu Advanced neutral detergent is designed for use in clinical washers/disinfectors, utensil and automated machines. Medineu Advanced concentrated formula is odourless with a scale inhibitor for cleaning delicate and anodised medical devices.
Medirinse liquid rinse aid is designed as a water dispersant for use in clinical and laboratory washer/disinfectors. Medirinse ensures rapid drying of instruments and utensils during cleaning.
Pasdet glassware and instrument cleaner is mildly alkaline with excellent cleaning properties. Pasdet is a powdered formula specifically designed for use in hospital pasteurising machines.
Sonex is a highly active detergent free from phosphate, dyes and odour. Sonex is specifically formulated or use in clinical and anaesthetic automatic washing machines. Sonex is ideal for use in hard or soft water.
Zen is a pH neutral multi-function machine detergent developed for the automated cleaning of medical instruments. Zen utilises complex surfactant technology with minimal foaming, shorter wash cycles and a concentration that uses up to 50% less than other detergents.
Manual & Ultrasonic Detergents
Surgical Instruments are often very expensive and delicate. The chemicals used to clean these instruments need to be specifically formulated to effectively clean without harming the instruments or users.
CliniMax is a mildly alkaline, non-hazardous, multipurpose detergent for Medical and Dental applications that is specifically formulated to meet the requirements of AS/NZS 4187 - 2003 and AS/NZS 4815 - 2006. CliniMax can be used for manual and ultrasonic instrument cleaning, equipment cleaning and also for the cleaning of environmental surfaces such as surgical tables, lighting, benches and trolleys.
World leading Biofilm Remover! Matrix™ removes conventional biological soils and bacterial biofilms on medical devices. Matrix™ is specifically intended for use on endoscopes (rigid and flexible), dental instruments, complex medical devices and instruments.
Due to popular demand - Matrix™ has now changed from Colourless to Aqua Blue at dilution.
Matrix Mint™ removes conventional biological soils and bacterial biofilms on medical devices. Matrix Mint™ is specifically intended for use on endoscopes (rigid and flexible), dental instruments, complex medical devices and all other medical instruments.
Medizyme proteolytic enzyme cleaner rapidly solubilises and removes blood and other protein deposits with minimal physical effort and without the use of cleaning equipment and abrasive or corrosive action.
Sonidet is a highly active, bacteriostatic, neutral detergent specifically designed for both machine and manual cleaning operations in healthcare. Sonidet is odourless, non-staining and safely removes hospital and surgical soils.
Stainless Steel Brighteners & Descalers
Poor water quality and continuous reprocessing can lead to a build-up of limescale on instruments. Whiteley Medical's brighteners and descalers ensure all instruments, surfaces and machines in a CSSD are kept in optimum condition.
Medac is an efficient descaling product used for brightening stainless steel instruments, utensils, steel benches and trolleys. Medac aids in the removal of scale and soil deposits in sterilisers, washing/disinfectors, ultrasonic machines, anaesthetic apparatus decontaminators, dish washing machines and hot water soaking baths.
Pasac scale remover is a liquid neutralising agent based on organic acids, guaranteeing rinsing of all alkali residues. Pasac is free from surfactants, phosphates and complex agents and is recommended for use in automatic washing machines for the penetration and removal of lime scale and other difficult deposits.
