Floor Strippers
Whiteley Industrial has developed a range of floor strippers designed for easy removal of old polishes and sealers.
Obliter8 is a new generation, fast acting and labour saving method for removing floor sealers/finishes with minimal scrubbing. Obliter8 is low odour and rapidly penetrates old and difficult to remove sealers/finishes.
Xpoly8 is a low odour, fast acting, labour saving method for removing floor sealers/finishes with a minimum of scrubbing. Xpoly8 contains a rapid penetration dual chain emulsifier to penetrate the most stubborn old polish films. Xpoly8 can be used on vinyl, vinyl asbestos, rubber, no‐wax linoleum, lino tile, marble, terrazzo, ceramic quarry tiles and most types of flooring.
Zip Strip quickly liquefies and suspends the sealer in a liquid emulsion which is easily removed with an autoscrubber or mop and bucket.
Floor Sealers

That’s why years of research, development, testing and experience has been utilised to perfect the range of Whiteley Industrial’s Hard Floor sealers range. All of the following products conform to the Australian Standard for the Slip Resistance of Pedestrian Surfaces AS/NZS 3661.
Brilliance™ Sealer/Finish is a new generation, one-step, high gloss polish that provides an amazing “wet look” finish for use on most hard floor surfaces including: terrazzo, vinyl tiles, granite, vinyl sheeting, tiles and slate. Brilliance™ provides an excellent gloss and outstanding depth.
Impact provides a hard, durable and low maintenance finish to all types of hard floor surfaces. Impact eliminates the need for regular stripping and will last for an extended period of time depending on environmental wear factors. Impact is best used as a base coat for Brilliance Sealer finish where a buffable finish is required for Ultra High Gloss.
Thermaglo Plus is a clear, non‐yellowing, high gloss finish designed to enrich and enhance the natural colours of all types of floors. Thermaglo Plus is a simple to use sealer / sealer finish designed for use on a variety of floors from vinyl to terrazzo and timber, reducing maintenance, inventory and training costs.
Tung Oil Seal is a floor sealer specifically designed to penetrate deeply into the cellulose fibres of wooden floors. Tung Oil Seal is for interior use only. Tung Oil Seal imparts a tough durable nonslip seal, it is a penetrative dressing which cannot craze or chip, it resists wear by bonding the structural fibres of the wood.

Glokleen is a multipurpose neutral cleaner-maintainer for use on sealed and unsealed floors. Glokleen combines the detergency technology of Tempo HD and a blend of waxes and polishes to replenish and repair the surface of floor sealers damaged during daily wear. The blend of waxes and polishes used in Glokleen facilitate easy burnishing, increase gloss and increase slip resistance.
Repair, Maintain and Enhance Your Hard Floors. Rejuven8 is a neutral multi-purpose cleaner & maintainer designed to enhance the appearance of worn floor finishes. Rejuven8 increases the durability of floor finishes and enhances gloss levels. Rejuven8 effectively repairs scratches and reduces the appearance of scuffing - black heel marks, grounded in dirt and surface scratches.
Tempo HD is a multipurpose neutral detergent designed for use in commercial, institutional and industrial environments. Tempo HD rapidly emulsifies common food oils, minerals oils, and synthetic oils. Tempo HD is safe for use on all surfaces.
